How we keep the Journal a positive, safe, and productive space. Last updated October 16, 2026.
1. Be Respectful and Kind
Treat all members with courtesy. Healthy debate and differences of opinion are welcome, but personal attacks, harassment, trolling, and insults are not tolerated.
2. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech or Discrimination
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of discrimination or degradation based on identity.
3. No Spam or Unauthorized Self-Promotion
Do not flood the community with repetitive posts, affiliate links, or unsolicited direct messages. Self-promotion is only allowed in designated threads or channels. If you are unsure, ask a moderator first.
4. Respect Everyone's Privacy
Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others. Do not share personal information such as phone numbers, home addresses, or private emails, and do not leak screenshots of private conversations.
5. Keep Content Relevant and Constructive
Ensure your posts and comments align with the purpose of this community. Avoid spreading unverified misinformation or content designed purely to stir up drama.
6. Report Problems — Do Not Feed the Trolls
If you see someone breaking the rules, report the post or tag a moderator instead of engaging in an argument. Let our team handle it.
Enforcement and Consequences
Our moderators review reported content. Violations may result in a warning, a temporary mute, or a permanent ban at the discretion of the management team. Thank you for helping us keep this community healthy.
