End User License Agreement

1. What This Covers

This agreement covers software and games published by the Monsireaux Studio as downloadable or installable products. It does not cover the Monsireaux Studio Platform, which is governed by the Service Agreement.

2. Your Licence

Open-source titles are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. That licence grants you the right to run, study, share, and modify the software, subject to its conditions — including the obligation to release your modified version, and any version you run as a network service, under the same licence.

Where a title is not released under the AGPLv3, it is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You may not remove or obscure proprietary notices, use the software unlawfully, or represent modified versions as the original work of the Monsireaux Studio.

4. No Warranty

Software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See the Service Agreement for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability.

5. Term

Your licence continues until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms. The AGPLv3 is irrevocable once granted, subject to its own conditions.
