Privacy Agreement

Your data, handled plainly. Last updated October 16, 2026.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide to us directly, as well as information collected automatically when you use our site.

Information you provide. When you make a purchase, create an account, sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect your name, username, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order contents.

Automatically collected. When you browse the site we automatically collect certain data about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies set on your device, as well as how you interact with the site.

Payment data. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfil orders placed through the site, including processing payment, shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations.
  • Communicate with you regarding customer support, order updates, or promotional offers (only if you opted in).
  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
  • Improve and optimize our site and customer experience.

3. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what their job requires:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Shippo and USPS — shipping labels and tracking.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, delivery, and security.
  • Google — analytics and advertising measurement.

We may also share information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. Phone Data

Your phone number is collected only so we can contact you about your orders or customer support. We do not send marketing or verification text messages, and we do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers to any third party or affiliate.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our cart and login session live in your browser's local storage. We also use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement — see the Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as California under the CCPA or the European Union under the GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request the correction or deletion of your personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or targeted sharing of your data — though we do not sell it.

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Deletion may require closing your account first.

7. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Saved carts are retained by tier: visitors 24 hours, members one week, subscribers two weeks, and staff three weeks.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never plaintext. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
